Meditating at Home_edited.jpg

What is a Gong Bath & it's benefits?

A gong bath is a relaxing and meditative experience where a person is immersed in the rich sounds and vibrations produced during the session. It is seen as an inactive or passive form of meditation because it is typically practised laying down and the ‘listener’ lets the sounds wash over them, hence the term ‘bath’.

Ultimately sound ‘healing’ is about restoring one’s natural resonance, bringing optimal vibrancy to the body and mind, and guiding you back into harmonic balance.

No prior experience or knowledge is required making this form of meditation accessible to all.

· Relaxation · Releasing physical and emotional blockages · Improved sleep patterns · Reducing feelings of anxiety, anger and tension · Feeling rejuvenated and energised · Improved well-being · General mood improvements · Increase of creativity and concentration levels ·

My story

Healing through sound

Hi there, I’m Amy, a certified Gong practitioner based in St. Leonards-on-sea, East Sussex. In 2018 I fell in love with sound bath meditation and how it has transformed my well-being. I was aware of the benefits of meditation but I had always found it difficult practicing on my own. Then a colleague randomly recommended sound baths to me and after attending my first one, I was hooked. It wasn't until early 2022 that I decided to take a leap of faith and engage on a journey to share the peace and inner calm sound meditation can bring with others. Every journey begins from within. Are you ready to join me?
